About Priyanka Meka in her words: Hi, I’m Priyanka Meka, but most people call me Priya. I have completed my Bachelor’s in India and a Master’s in Science (Good Manufacturing Practices) from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia. My career journey started in Quality Assurance, where I worked for five years in Australia before moving to Vancouver, Canada. After clearing my Pharmacy entrance exams, I’ve been practicing as a Registered Pharmacist for the past three years. I pride myself on my positivity and “can-do” attitude, which have helped me navigate different challenges in my career and personal life. Beyond my profession, I have a deep love for gardening, painting, and traveling. I also find immense joy in spending time with blind individuals, learning from their unique perspectives, and appreciating their beautiful souls. One of my proudest achievements is having my research paper selected by the Indian Pharmacy Council, focusing on a common gynecological issue. I strongly believe that everything happens for a reason, and my favorite quote is, “Adapt the pace of nature; her secret is patience.” Above all, my family means everything to me—my husband and my daughter are my world, and their love and support make my journey even more meaningful.
